David focuses his practice on all aspects of transactional and litigated matters related to real estate, land, and property. He has extensive experience guiding his clients through the purchase and sale of residential, commercial, and investment properties, as well representing and advising both landlords and tenants on lease and rental issues. David also handles a wide variety of contested disputes, including title and boundary issues, zoning, property tax, sale disclosures, foreclosure, partition, and financing and loan default. He has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School since 2006, where he teaches legal writing and advocacy to first year law students.
